BECOME A MEMBER
To further our mission, the Visual Environment Committee needs the support of the people who live and work in Hyde Park. Please consider becoming an annual member, a volunteer or both. Membership donations are tax-deductible and are used to support our community projects, including:

Rehabilitation and maintenance of our historic and treasured stonewalls

Restoration of the triangular flowerbed at the St Andrews/Rte.9 intersection, including the newly added stonewall and pillars

Installation and maintenance of our roadside pocket gardens

Annual purchase and planting of thousands of Daffodil bulbs

The Pinewoods Improvement Project

The Tree Initiative Project
Funds are also used to support our mission goals, including our community outreach programs, HPVEC sponsored lectures, field trips, our biennial Hyde Park Beautification Awards and our advocacy programs. All members receive our newsletters and invitations to our lectures and fund raising events. In addition, discounts are offered on our tours. BECOME A VOLUNTEER
The Hyde Park VEC is a community group of enthusiastic, dedicated volunteers. We are always looking for new people to contribute unique ideas, perspectives and skills. Volunteers don't have to have a green thumb, only a commitment to improving Hyde Park. Please consider joining in the fun and making a difference. Interested in volunteering?
